Terms of use and data processing agreement
- The clinic controls its patients' data. The company that runs the system processes it on the clinic's behalf.
- Each clinic's data is kept apart: every query is filtered by clinic, and writing to another clinic's data is refused.
- Every addition, change and deletion is logged on its own: who, when and what changed. Completed treatment is never deleted (Medical Liability Law 13/2025).
- Consent to treatment is separate from consent to offers, and a guardian consents for patients under 15.
- The clinic owner can export everything the clinic holds about a patient in one file.
- Patient files are not stored on the device. Work saved without internet is kept encrypted until it is sent.
- The system sends no WhatsApp messages by itself. The ready-made messages the clinic sends from its own WhatsApp (appointment confirmation, plan, receipt, installment reminder) pass through Meta's servers outside Egypt.
- The subscription is per clinic, not per person. The first period is a free trial, and the price is shown before signing up.
